In case of an international degree, equivalency certificate from HEC will be required. CNIC Copy Roles & Responsibilities: To help and assist Legal Department in implementing strategy and ensuring regulatory compliance Evaluate commercial/financial aspects of agreement Assistant and report updates to Head of Legal periodically on all matters, including assistance in building relationships and interfaces with regulators Prepare brief, draft correspondence with internal and external stakeholders on routine matters.
Assist the legal department in documentation, file and case management Have knowledge of financial matters to evaluate commercial/financial aspects and risk Keeping the files up-to-date and keep track of the progress of all matters Assist the legal department in ensuring regulatory compliances Attend the meetings / conferences as and when required /directed by superiors Serve as custodian of all the corporation’s contracts and documents
